I'm showing houses today in Mcdonough. The buyer has been pre qualfied with their lender. Its a good idea to get pre quaified. A lender can tell you how much you can afford and where you need to improve on your credit score. After sending listings tailored to my buyer he picked out a few to tour today. This buyer is doing his homework. He drove through the neighborhoods yesterday and narrowed the list down..I checked the history on his choices so he will be well informed if he decides to make an offer. I can help you too.
